We provide experienced and knowledgeable real estate service and advice, having owned and managed commercial and residential buildings for over 25 years. One of our auctioneers with 15 years experience was the owner-operator of large dairy farms for many years - some of which he sold at auction. Two of our auctioneers hold PA real estate licenses and can immediately list a property at brokerage with an instant prospect list if it fails to bring a seller's confidential minimum price. If this is the case, more time, creative financing and/or buyer's contingencies may be needed to sell the property.

Our sales have ranged from single buildings to old time estates packed to the ceilings with antiques to multiple day business liquidations with multiple auctioneers selling simultaneously all day each day. We have sold multiple buildings in a series as well as vacant development land and new homes. From heavy equipment to regular sales of fine art, we have sold it all. Discreet sales are also offered.
